Fair, simple, and written before you pay — the way refund policies should be.
If we have not yet begun work on your Roadmap, you may cancel for a full refund — just WhatsApp or email us. Once your questionnaire is submitted and work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is personal and cannot be resold. If you feel the delivered Roadmap missed the mark, tell us — we will revise it once, honestly and without fuss.
Fees, batch dates and any cooling-off period are confirmed in writing before you pay. If you withdraw before the batch begins, we refund in full minus any payment charges. After a programme begins, refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion in genuine circumstances — we are strict about fairness, not about excuses.
Projects run on written scopes with staged payments. If you stop a project, you pay for the stages completed and keep everything built so far; any advance beyond completed work is returned.
