Plain words about what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
When you write to us, apply, or pay, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number and your message. Our forms are processed by Netlify (our website host); email arrives at our inbox. If you pay by UPI, your payment goes directly through your UPI app — we never see or store your bank details, card numbers or UPI PIN.
We use your details to reply to you, deliver what you asked for, and — only if you've asked to hear from us — to share updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, ever. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Correspondence and application details are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted. You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@lifesymphony.in — a real person answers.
This site is hosted on Netlify, uses Google Fonts for typefaces, and embeds YouTube for Live TV. Each of these may set technical cookies of their own; we add none of our own trackers. Payment happens entirely inside your UPI app.
