Written down, where everyone can read it — and kept.
Every factual line in the Hall of Hours carries its source. The Farmer’s Desk quotes Government of India and ICAR publications and names them on screen. The ragas cite the tradition they come from. Where a claim cannot be sourced, it is not published — and every sensitive card ends the same way: confirm with a qualified person near you. We would rather say less and be right.
Your diaries, reflections, money figures, practice calendar, streaks and recordings live in your own phone’s storage — none of it is uploaded to us. We could not read it if we wanted to. When you share a milestone card, it leaves your phone only because you pressed share. See the full privacy page.
The Hours are practice and companionship for life’s hard hours — they are not medical care, and we say so plainly wherever it matters. If you need more help than an app can give, please talk to someone: in India, Tele-MANAS (Government of India) answers free, day and night, on 14416.
The WhatsApp number on this site — +91 99534 25145 — is the same number that sends your unlock code, and a real person reads every message. No ticket numbers, no bots pretending to care.
Prices are on the page before you pay, the refund policy was written before the first rupee arrived, and there are no ads anywhere on LifeSymphony — your attention is not for sale.
