Delete Your Account

This page is for members of LifeSymphony — Hall of Hours (the app by LifeSymphony on Google Play, and the same account on lifesymphony.in). If you want your account and the data that goes with it deleted, follow the two steps below. No forms, no hoops.

Step 1 — Send us a message saying "please delete my account", from the email address you sign in with, either by email to hello@lifesymphony.in or by WhatsApp to +91 99534 25145 (mention your sign-in email). A real person reads every message.

Step 2 — We confirm it is really you (a short reply from that same email is enough), then delete your account within 7 days and confirm back to you when it is done.

Your member account and email address, your name and phone number if you saved them, your nickname and all your community posts, your sign-in sessions, your Hour activations, and any daily-reminder (notification) registration. This deletion is permanent — unused subscription time cannot be restored afterwards.

Records of payments (amount, date, and the transaction reference) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, because the law requires it of every business — they are then deleted. Nothing else is retained.

You may also ask us to delete only part of your data — for example your phone number, or a community post — without closing your account. Write to the same address; we do it within 7 days. You can also remove your own saved phone number and turn off reminders any time from your Profile tab in the app.
